Privacy Policy for Live Pulse by Motion Human

This privacy policy applies to the Live Pulse by Motion Human app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kittmatic LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use AS IS.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. Specifically:
Human Verification:
The Application may request a simple motion action (such as shaking the phone) to confirm you are a human user.
Location Verification:
The Application collects your device's approximate location to confirm that you are within the United States and to assign responses to the appropriate State. Precise location beyond State level is not stored.
Device Identifier:
A hashed version of your Device ID is stored to ensure that each device can only answer a poll once. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally.
Analytics:
Anonymous analytics data (such as device type, app usage, and interactions) may be collected via Google Analytics for Firebase.
No names, emails, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information are collected.
The responses you provide to poll questions and optional short answers are stored in our database. These responses may be aggregated and analyzed by AI systems to generate trends, insights, and news-style articles that are displayed publicly on www.motionhuman.com.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its service.
The Application may share anonymous usage data with trusted third-party services that help us operate, such as:
- Google Analytics for Firebase
The Service Provider may disclose collected information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, user safety, or investigate fraud;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to this Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
Responses and anonymous identifiers are retained as long as needed to operate the Application and display historical poll results. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at feedback@kittmatic.com, and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided data, please contact us, and we will delete it.
Security
We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your data. We employ electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application will constitute your agreement to any changes.
